1. Conclusion of the Contract
Before your order is sent you will be provided the opportunity to review and, where required, change all data entered (e.g. name, address, method of payment and ordered articles).
After you have passed through the ordering process inserting the information requested, by clicking on the button “Send Order” in the last step, you will submit a binding offer to enter into a contract to WMF Uk Ltd.
The acceptance of this offer (and thus the conclusion of the contract) will be effected by the dispatch of the articles ordered by you. Thus, the contract will be concluded by the dispatch of the articles ordered by you.

3. Storage of the Wording of the Contract
Your order data will be stored in our systems. If you wish to have this data in printed form, you may print the “Acknowledgment of Order” which is displayed on your screen after you have sent the order. Provided that you have notified us of your email address, you will also receive all relevant data of your order by email that may be likewise printed.
4. Right of Exchange of Return
You may return all articles purchased from WMF UK Ltd. without giving reasons and without restrictions within 14 days after receipt. In the event of return we will be entitled to claim the direct costs of return, and we expressly reserve the right to claim such costs.
If you exercise your right of exchange or return within 14 days after receipt of the articles, the sales contract will become null and voice.
Please see the return slip which is emailed to you together with the invoice for the return address. If you do not have the return slip on hand anymore, please send the articles to the following address stating the delivery note number and order number:

To comply with the time limit, the notice of your request of return given within this period will be sufficient. Give this notice by email, telephone or letter to:

In the event of return, the contract will be cancelled and any advance payments will be credited after the articles delivered have been returned.
In case the returned articles show signs of wear and tear or damage, we reserve the right to assert claims for damages.
We recommend taking the following steps:
• Return the articles to us in the original packing, if possible – this way you will avoid damages and we can guarantee a fast handling.
• In order to enable us to improve our service, please enclose the return slip on which you have noted a reason for return
• We ask you to print the address label and affix it on the parcel to be returned.
5. Delivery Under Reserve
We deliver while stocks last. Deliveries are only made within Great Britain. No delivery to PO boxes.
6. Forwarding Expenses
Generally, you will pay a portion of the forwarding expenses in the amount of £ 5.50 irrespective of the order value. This amount covers the arising expenses for postage/freight and packing only in parts; the balance is absorbed by us.
7. Retention of Title
Until payment of the purchase price in full, WMF UK Ltd. retains title to the goods.
8. Payment, Due Date, Default of Payment
The invoices for the articles can be settled only by credit card. Regrettably, we cannot accept payment by cash or checks. We will not be liable for any losses.
The credit card will be debited after the articles have been dispatched.
9. Data Privacy
Security and Data Protection
We appreciate your confidence shown to us and will apply the utmost care and highest safety standards in order to protect your personal data against unauthorized accesses. Your order, your personal data and your payment information will be protected by means of technical security systems and additional authorization procedures.
Use of Your Data
In the course of data processing we will always take your legitimate interests into account in accordance with the legal provisions. We will process your personal data for executing your order as well as for maintaining customer relations and we will transmit such data in this connection, to the extent necessary, also to third parties, e.g. deliverers. For the purposes of credit assessment, data may be exchanged with service providers and the German General Credit Protection Agency (“Schufa”).
Our Technical Standards
For data transfer we use the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system in connection with a 128 bit encryption. This technology provides the highest safety level and therefore is used, for instance, also by banks for data security in online banking.
